WE USE A NEXT DAY SERVICE AND DISPATCH IN A DOUBLE-WALL BOX TO PROTECT FROM THE HIGH TEMPERATURES DURING TRANSIT. HOWEVER ALL ITEMS MUST BE STORED IN A DRY, COOL PLACE AS SOON AS DELIVERY HAS TAKEN PLACE AND WE CANT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MELTED CHOCOLATE - CHOOSE DELIVERY DATES ACCORDINGLY

We endeavour to send all orders out on the same working day if ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday. Any orders after this time will be sent out the next working day.

All UK orders are sent by the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service which estimate a 1 working day delivery time however this can be longer during festive periods and busier periods, please bare this in mind when choosing your preferred delivery date - if you can receive it earlier, please choose an earlier date.

All International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed which estimate a 7-10 working day delivery. This can be delayed due being subject to customs clearances.
