What is the cut off for same day dispatch?
Our current cut-off is 2pm for same day dispatch (Monday-Friday), any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
How long will my order take?
All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 service which estimate a 1 day delivery however this can be longer during festive periods.
Can I have my order delivered on a certain day?
We currently don't offer a nominated day delivery service however please choose your preferred delivery date and we will try our best to have it arrive on that day.
Can I order to multiple addresses?
Yes you can! Please drop us a email at support@goatgifts.co.uk and one of our staff will be more than happy to help with this!
How will I know if my order has been delivered?
All orders will be updated with tracking information when dispatched which can be tracked on the Royal Mail tracking website here and will update once it has arrived at the delivery address.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, we currently use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service which operates Monday to Saturday and in some cases Sunday.
Can I personalise my order?
Yes of course, whether its a personalised message or a chocolate/colour change, let us know in the personalised message box on the product page and we will be more than happy to accommodate.
I received a gift but I don't know who sent it?
We ask all our customers to include a message to let the recipient know who the gift is from, however if they don't please email the team at support@goatgifts.co.uk. We take our customers privacy seriously but one of the team will be happy to ask the buyer to make themselves aware to the recipient.
My order has been received damaged, what can I do?
We are so sorry to hear this. We pride ourselves on packaging all gifts well so that they are received perfectly but unfortunately we can't control what happens in transit. Please contact the team on support@goatgifts.co.uk who will be happy to investigate and ensure it gets sorted.
Can I write my message in Non-English letters/emojis?
Unfortunately, we currently only accept English letters on the personalised messages.
